This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations for all products available on musclesnatural.world. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our products do not meet these standards, you are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under UK law.

2. Digital Balance Starter Guide

The Digital Balance Starter Guide is a digital product delivered electronically upon purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a fourteen-day right to cancel your purchase from the date of transaction without giving any reason. However, by accessing or downloading the guide materials, you acknowledge that digital delivery has begun and expressly consent to immediate supply, which may affect your cancellation right once substantial consumption has occurred.

If you have not accessed the guide materials and request a cancellation within fourteen days of purchase, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within fourteen business days. If you have accessed the materials and are dissatisfied, contact us within fourteen days at office@musclesnatural.world with a description of the issue. We will review your request and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion if the product does not match its description or is materially defective.

3. Team Screen-Time Reset Workshop

Workshop bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellation more than seven days before the scheduled session: full refund issued within fourteen business days.
• Cancellation between three and seven days before the session: option to reschedule once at no additional charge or receive a fifty percent refund.
• Cancellation less than three days before the session: no refund, but rescheduling may be offered subject to facilitator availability.
• If Musclesnatural cancels a workshop due to facilitator illness or technical failure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.

4. Personalised Well-Being Roadmap

The Personalised Well-Being Roadmap includes an assessment, customised action plan, and two check-in calls. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation before the initial assessment is completed: full refund within fourteen business days.
• Cancellation after the assessment but before the action plan is delivered: seventy-five percent refund reflecting work already completed.
• Cancellation after the action plan is delivered: no refund for the plan portion; unused check-in calls may be refunded at fifty percent of their allocated value if cancelled at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled call.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your roadmap, notify us within fourteen days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer a revised plan, additional support session, or partial refund where the product does not meet the described standard.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, contact Musclesnatural using one of the following methods:

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a resolution within fourteen business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:

• Requests made more than fourteen days after purchase for digital guides where materials have been fully accessed and no defect is demonstrated.
• Workshop no-shows without prior cancellation notice.
• Change of mind after substantial use of personalised coaching services.
• Products purchased through unauthorised third-party resellers.
• Organisational volume licences where a custom contract specifies different terms.

7. Defective or Misdescribed Products

If a digital well-being guide contains significant errors, broken download links, or material that differs substantially from its product description, contact us immediately. We will provide corrected materials at no charge or offer a full refund regardless of the standard fourteen-day window. For workshops, if technical issues prevent delivery for more than thirty minutes, you are entitled to a rescheduled session or full refund.

8. Organisation and Volume Purchases

Organisations purchasing five or more guides or multiple workshop sessions may be subject to bespoke contractual terms agreed in writing. Where no separate agreement exists, the standard terms in this policy apply. Organisation purchasers should contact us before purchase to discuss licensing, refund arrangements, and rollout support.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to purchased materials while the dispute is investigated.

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within five business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send email confirmation when the refund has been processed from our end.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges between products. If you wish to switch from one guide to another, please request a refund under the applicable terms above and place a new order for the desired product. For workshop participants who need to change dates, rescheduling is available as described in Section 3.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
