By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organisation where applicable.

4. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content without permission, impersonating others, or engaging in activity that disrupts the experience of other users. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these provisions.

7. Digital Balance Starter Guide Terms

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the guide materials for twelve months. The licence covers one individual user unless a team licence is explicitly purchased. Sharing login credentials or distributing PDF files beyond your licensed scope is prohibited.

8. Team Screen-Time Reset Workshop Terms

Workshop bookings require confirmation of date, time, and participant count. Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Workshops are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed. Maximum participant count per session is twenty unless a custom arrangement is made in writing.

9. Personalised Well-Being Roadmap Terms

This product includes an initial assessment, a tailored twelve-week action plan, and two scheduled check-in calls. You agree to provide accurate information during the assessment. Missed calls without twenty-four hours notice may not be rescheduled. The roadmap is for educational and self-development purposes and does not constitute professional counselling or occupational health advice.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is required before digital product delivery or workshop scheduling unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Failed payments may result in delayed access to purchased materials.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
